ORGANIC EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL DIFFERENT 500 ML DIFERENT is the first premium organic extra virgin olive oil from Aceites Cuquello, an organic olive oil made from the symbiosis of three varieties, an early one such as Villalonga and two very late and quite unknown: Llumet and Morruda. TASTING NOTES

Medium fruity, descriptors alternating between green and ripe. On the nose, notes such as anise, dill and spicy nuances predominate, all accompanied by tomato, banana and freshly cut grass. On the palate it has a very pleasant unctuousness; the light and vaporous bitterness surrounds the oral cavity, leaving notes of arugula, artichoke, nutmeg and hazelnut in the aftertaste; very balanced bitterness touching the middle with a sensation of white pepper. A great OOVE very suitable for traditional preparations such as cakes, loaves, cakes with pine nuts and tomato, as well as any preparation thanks to its balance and harmony.
