The variety Cuquello is native of the region of La Jana and is difficult to obtain in other places. The olive trees are medium size, with a uniform crown and a very straight trunk. Cuquello Olives are small and round and of a considerably early ripening. It is a tree with a high and steady production. Green type, medium-high fruity taste . The main feature is its sweetness and softness on the palate, with ripe notes (bananas and vanilla) and with a very light spicy and bitterness. Excellent for food with sweet flavours and desserts.
