Our village house has 4 bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms, 1 big kitchen, 1 Living room, terrace and washing machine

Why do we offer our house ?

We are a small family living in Xert, Castellón, Spain. Some years ago we moved to a new house and since then the « old » one is empty, and that’s a pity having in mind that the village and surroundings offer a lot to discover and organize some different holidays. By the way, my name is Monika Schumacher and I have been living here for many years. With pleasure I present the region and its people and I hope to be able to count on your visit very soon.

The house is available for 2 maximum 6 persons.

We allow pets.

The hole house is rented indepent of the season.
