DELITAPAS.COM receives the SICTED seal of quality
A few days ago, DELITAPAS.COM was officially accepted into the SICTED programme.
I started this project last year when the Terres del Maestrat-Anima Interior Tourism Promotion Association sent me information.
SICTED is a program or project to improve the quality of tourist destinations promoted by the Secretariat of State for Tourism (SETUR) and supported by the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP).
The aim of SICTED is to improve the guest experience and satisfaction. It is a methodology that offers us an integral and permanent quality management system with a new conception of expected results, a focus on continuous improvement and an attitude of recovery and valorisation of resources and spaces. The aim is to achieve a homogeneous level of quality of the services offered within a destination.
In the Terres del Maestrat tourist destination, we are 23 companies and organisations that are pioneers in the implementation of this quality system, and on 12 April 2023 we went to the emblematic Tower of Càlig, where the awarding of the Sicted plaques took place in the presence of the Regional Secretary for Tourism, Francesc Colomer.
Building on quality is a differentiator we must focus on.
