Red Wine Harvesting 2011 made with grapes of the varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah, cherry red Picota, very covered. Elaboration: Total destemming, without squeezing. Fermentation with controlled temperature. Prolonged maceration. Aging in French and Hungarian oak barrels for 10 months. Cold stabilization and light filtration. No enzymes, corrective products or additives have been used. Sensations in nose and mouth: Ripe red fruits (plum) dominate the nose, and a touch of licorice candy. Subtle spicy notes of cinnamon and clove. In soft and velvety mouth, with a long warm finish.
