Red Wine from the harvest 2014 made from grapes of the Syrah variety, dark and deep garnet color. Elaboration: Total destemming, fermentation with controlled temperature. Prolonged maceration. Cold stabilization and light filtration. No enzymes, corrective products or additives have been used. Sensations to nose and mouth: Very subtle in the nose with nuances of black cherries with a slight but grateful fennel point. In the mouth long and well balanced with velvety tannins ending with very pleasant tones of licorice.
