CAPRASIA Caprasia meant for the Iberians “the land of the goats” and the Caprasia label pays homage to a time when mountain goats ran freely and the region's first winegrowers practiced viticulture between the Sierra Cabrillas and the Cabriel River. Caprasia wines come from our Finca Alfaro in Requena. 75 cl bottle of Cava Valenciano Brut- Bodegas Vegalfaro Our Caprasia wines come from Finca Alfaro, in the wine growing region of Utiel-Requena. It is located 70 kilometers from the Mediterranean, in an ideal enclave for the vine due to the diversity of its soils and orientations, as well as its elevation of up to 900 meters above sea level. Vineyards Located at an altitude of 680 meters in the Vega del Río Magro, its clay soils have sandstones, gravels and pebbles. Chardonnay and Macabeo are trellised right next to the winery. CATA'S NOTES In the nose we appreciate notes of apple and white fruit, in the mouth the carbonic integrates very well, we notice those notes of white fruit, a long-lasting sensation and a sensation of sweetness
