Summer truffle in its juice Tuber aestivum

The process is simple but methodical and consists of washing and cooking the truffle adding only water and a little salt.
Cooking is done at the optimum temperature so that the truffle releases the juice it needs to be preserved without losing any of its unmistakable and extraordinary aroma.
The aroma of the summer truffle is softer than that of the winter truffle.
It contains neither preservatives nor colorants nor any artificial aromatic additive.
It is a 100% natural and regional product.
Once opened, keep in the refrigerator for a maximum of 7 days.
