Black truffle in its juice Tuber melanosporum
The jar contains a naturally preserved winter truffle (Tuber melanosporum).
The process is simple but methodical and consists of washing and cooking the truffle adding only water and a little salt.
Cooking is done at the optimum temperature so that the truffle releases the juice it needs to be preserved without losing
none of its unmistakable and extraordinary aroma.
In French gastronomy with a long tradition of truffle, it is one of the most frequent methods of preserving truffles. Thanks to the artisan elaboration, the truffle maintains all its properties and develops unique flavors and allows us to enjoy black truffle throughout the year.
