Exclusive mushroom paté made with two mushrooms very popular in the Maestrat region: Redpine mushroom (Lactarius deliciosus) and black truffle (Tuber melanosporum).
Very soft paté with a delicate truffle flavor, and the mixture of redpine mushroom together with the other ingredients provides a delicious flavor.
Ingredients: Redpine mushroom (Lactarius deliciosous), TOFU, onion, herbs, salt, garlic, extra virgin olive oil and black truffle (Tuber melanosporum) 5%
