The Rodrigo brothers maintain the family tradition, picking and selecting olives by hand in their fields of Cuevas de Vinromá and Alcalá de Xivert in Castellón, Spain. It takes us today to be able to make an exquisite, harmonious oil, with a light fruity touch and great culinary versatility.
