70% of the olive trees at the Aceet Peset Valles olive oil mill and bottler are centenarians of the Farga, Aragonesa, Nana, Regues and Llumeta varieties. Collected at their ripening point and combining the appropriate amount of each one, an exceptional quality extra virgin oil is obtained. We treat the fruit with the naturalness of our ancestors, without haste, squeezing its juice in the mill at low temperature, giving its importance at every step.
It is a sweet and smooth oil with a slightly bitter taste at the end that surprises but gives a pleasant touch in the mouth, and is the perfect oil to pair with black truffle.
I present you a flavored oil, not natural, and it is curious that in the case of the truffle everyone prefers the flavored oil, basically for two reasons: olive oil does not take on the natural aroma of the truffle or at least only for a short time, since the aroma of the natural truffle is very volatile. With the help of artificial scent, the oil retains the scent for several weeks after opening without losing flavor.
