SEMICURED HANDCRAFTED CHEESE OF SHEEP MILK.
Queso Poble de Benassal is a family business in the Alto Maestrazgo region dedicated to the manufacture and distribution of cheeses in an artisanal way for three generations. Currently and following the family tradition, but with new facilities, they are dedicated to the manufacture of fresh cheese, cottage cheese and a new range of cured and semi-cured cheeses made from goat and sheep milk. A sample of the quality of their product is that Quesos Poble de Benassal has won the 1st prize for the best cured sheep cheese in the Valencian Community in 2005 and was distinguished with the CV quality mark of the Valencian Community in 2009 . The end result is high-quality cheeses pampered at every step of the production process.
